Plenary, backstage, fashion show, cocktail reception and evening event for Christian Dior Fragrances.

Dior Fragrances commissioned Préférence Events and Luxury Makers (Auditoire) with the organization of a gigantic makeup competition gathering 250 makeup artists from around the world. Salle Pleyel hosted this XXL event, bringing together 250 makeup artists and 125 models, operating under the direction of Peter Philips, Dior’s Creative Director for Makeup. The evolving scenography allowed, after an hour-long plenary session, to reveal a backstage area with 125 makeup stations, unveiled by the opening of the stage backdrop. The 30 finalists paraded before 500 people who came to applaud them before the closing evening. Plenary, backstage, fashion show, cocktail reception and evening event: an ambitious gamble successfully achieved thanks to flawless event logistics.

The brief: accurately simulate the lighting design in 3D renderings, imagine the visual scenographies of the spaces in collaboration with Auditoire, conduct the technical study and manage the decor and audiovisual suppliers, program, render, and operate the on-site photo direction.
